Paid sign-up is not open yet.

Shft is digital software. When access is available, it is provided through your Shft account. No physical goods are shipped, so there are no physical returns.

Cancellation

Cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the paid period.

To cancel renewal, email hello@meetshft.com from the email address on your account.

Refunds and charge corrections

Refund requests are reviewed individually, duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected, and statutory rights are unaffected.

To ask about a refund or charge correction, contact hello@meetshft.com. Include enough information to identify the account and charge, but never send a password, sign-in code, payment-card number, security code, or account credentials by email.

Subscription price and included usage

Before paid sign-up is offered, the applicable monthly price in US dollars, renewal terms, and included usage allowance will be shown before purchase. Changes to usage or an allowance do not automatically create overage charges. Any changed purchase terms will be explained before you agree to them.
