Access

Paid sign-up is not open yet. If you are given access to Shft, use only your authorized account and do not share invitations, sign-in codes, or sessions.

Responsible use

Do not use Shft to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, evade service controls, probe another workspace, or interfere with the service. Do not submit content unless you have the right to use and process it.

Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in content you submit. You allow AINA Technologies LLC and its service providers to process it as needed to operate Shft and fulfill your requests. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it, particularly for high-impact decisions.

Service availability

Shft uses external services for some features. A feature may be unavailable when a required service is disabled or unavailable. Shft is under active development, so features may change or be withdrawn and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Future paid subscriptions

If paid sign-up becomes available, the price will be displayed in US dollars per month, with the renewal terms and included usage allowance shown before purchase. Usage changes do not automatically create overage charges. Any purchase terms that change will be explained before you agree to them.

Cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed individually, duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected, and statutory rights are unaffected. See Refunds & cancellation for the policy.

Ending access and contacting us

You may stop using Shft at any time. AINA Technologies LLC may suspend or end access to protect customers, the service, or third parties, or if these terms are breached. For questions, contact hello@meetshft.com.
